This is ‘summer season’ in Cebu. That means it’s supposed to be hot and humid, as opposed to very warm and humid (after all, it’s an island, not far from the equator) but with no rain for a few months. That must be in an “average” summer – we’ve had quite a few inches of rain already, and the rainy season isn’t supposed to start until June or July! Good thing we like rain…
