This is the building our condo is in at Citilights Gardens in Cebu City

And here we are in our new digs, high up on the 11th floor of a 14-story building. As you can see in the background, they are doing some outside renovation – patching, filling, painting, etc. And yes, that man is standing on a ladder made out of ¼ inch tack-welded re-bar. Saftey line? What's that?
